Having gained an honours degree in Anthropology at Durham University, Daphne studied drama and dance at the London Studio Centre. In 1994 she incorporated Waring & McKenna Ltd. and now has a diverse list of actors who work in all aspects of the business including film, television and theatre.
After gaining a degree in Media Studies, John trained at LAMDA and subsequently worked for several years as an actor before progressing into management. He joined the agency in 1999 and is now a senior agent working with a client list of stage and screen actors.
With a degree in Business Marketing from Brunel University, Matt worked for several years in marketing and IT before joining Waring & McKenna in 2000. He now works as an agent alongside Daphne and John and is involved in all aspects of the business. Matt also heads up WAM Voices.
Emma trained at the Guildford School of Acting where she gained a degree in theatre studies. Emma has an extensive knowledge of literature, music and art and is the Commercials Agent at Waring and McKenna.
Kelly studied Contemporary Theatre at Dartington College of Arts and Musical Theatre at Towson State University. Kelly has experience in all aspects of the business.
A graduate of RADA’s technical theatre course, Charlie worked in stage management and casting before joining Waring & McKenna in 2009. The youngest member of the team, he already has good experience of stage & screen.
Having spent several years directing Barry Norman's film review programme at the BBC, Liz then moved to Sky where she produced the Oscars. She now focuses on developing a list of actors aged 15-20 years.
