Having gained an honours degree in Anthropology at Durham University, Daphne studied drama and dance at the London Studio Centre. In 1994 she incorporated Waring & McKenna Ltd. and now has a diverse list of actors who work in all aspects of the business including film, television and theatre.
After gaining a degree in Media Studies, John trained at LAMDA and subsequently worked for several years as an actor before progressing into management. He joined the agency in 1999 and is now a senior agent working with a client list of stage and screen actors.
With a degree in Business Marketing from Brunel University, Matt worked for several years in marketing and IT before joining Waring & McKenna in 2000 and now works with a client list of established stage and screen actors.
Kelly studied Contemporary Theatre at Dartington College of Arts and Musical Theatre at Towson State University. Kelly has experience in all aspects of the business.
A graduate of RADA’s technical theatre course, Charlie worked in stage management and casting before joining Waring & McKenna in 2009. Alongside his work with John Summerfield, he is also part of the Junior Talent team.
Having spent several years directing Barry Norman's film review programme at the BBC, Liz then moved to Sky where she produced the Oscars. She now focuses on developing a list of actors aged 15-20 years.
A recent graduate of Classics from Bristol University, Hugo is the youngest member of the team. Before joining Waring & McKenna he gained experience in talent management, television production and casting.
